The purchase of 1 acre of land by the city of McMinnville is on its way to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen. Building and Grounds Committee members met Tuesday to consider paying $10,000 for the land. The purchase will clear up a boundary issue between the city’s Civic Center and West Elementary School.
