McMinnville officials are moving to terminate a longstanding upkeep contract with the company overseeing its water tanks. In 2006, the city contracted with Utility Service Group to renovate and provided upkeep for the downtown water tower, the Bybee Branch Road water tank, and the Oster water tank. Utility Service Group was acquired by SUEZ Water Advanced Solutions in 2008.
