Tails were wagging as the Boyd Foundation presented the city of McMinnville with $25,000 on Friday to help establish a dog park. “I think this will be a wonderful addition to the city of McMinnville,” said McMinnville Parks and Recreation director Scott McCord. “It’s great for our two-legged and our four-legged friends.
