The 2017-18 fiscal year budget is set for the city of McMinnville. Its property tax rate will remain unchanged at $2.08.McMinnville officials unanimously voted to approve the budget on second and final read Tuesday night.The city’s projected ending fund balance on June 30, 2018 is $3.66 million. The budget includes changes made two weeks ago during first read.
