Judge Bart Stanley has ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court.

Jacqueline Ann Cottrell was given a four-year sentence for theft of property, but the jail sentence she serves is being withheld at this time while she makes approximately $30,000 restitution to her mother. She is to make payments of $200 per month.

Misty Lee Ann Fisk was ordered to serve 79 days of a two-year sentence for theft of property and second-offense driving on a suspended license.

Finnetta Michelle McGuire was ordered to serve 285 days of an eight-year sentence for possession of meth with intent to deliver and simple possession.

Kelli D. Smartt was ordered to serve 90 days for violation of probation, but she may be furloughed to a rehab facility.

Margle Otis Ward was given two years of probation for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and theft.
