Judge Bart Stanley has ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court.

Sean David Ledbetter was ordered to serve 145 days for evading arrest with risk of injury or death and violation of probation.

Amanda Lee was ordered to serve 365 days of a 10-year sentence and fined $2,000 for delivery of meth. She was furloughed to the adult recovery court program.

Mark T. Moore was ordered to serve 120 days of a two-year sentence for evading arrest with risk of injury or death. 

Joshua Lee Presley was ordered to serve 90 days of a two-year sentence for violation of probation, first-offense DUI, simple possession, and introduction of contraband into a penal institution.

Ashley Rains was ordered to serve 12 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for simple possession and using a device or substance to falsify a drug test.

Penny Raymond was ordered to serve 20 days of house arrest due to medical issues for reckless endangerment with a motor vehicle, first-offense DUI, and simple possession.

Timothy Thomas was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for domestic assault.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Faye Brown (90 days), Norman L. Sprague IV (revoked to serve), and Ronald Eugene Welden (revoked to serve).
