Judge Bart Stanley has ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court.

Clifton Dale Bonner was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for three counts of theft up to $1,000, criminal trespass and violation of probation. He was ordered to stay out of Walmart and Dollar General and make $1,295 restitution.

Tierra Burton had probation revoked and was ordered to serve 300 days, but that time can be furloughed to the TN ROCS program, for theft up to $1,000, simple possession, simple possession/ casual exchange, and violation of probation.

Alton Claude Christian was ordered to serve 90 days on house arrest of an 11-29 sentence, pay a $600 fine and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI.

Jaymes Earl Owen was ordered to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence for possession of meth with intent to deliver. He was fined $2,000.

Jessica Jane Harvey was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth. She can enter the TN ROCS program.

Michael Leeandrew Collins was ordered to serve 90 days of a two-year sentence for violation of the sex offender registry.

Robert T. Davis was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and have his driver license revoked for a year for first-offense DUI.

Amy Nicole Foutch was ordered to serve 48 hours of a 30-day sentence for second-offense driving on a suspended license.

Dalton Fults was ordered to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence and pay a $2,000 fine for possession of meth, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony and resisting arrest. He was released on time served and he must forfeit his weapon.

James Edward Gilles was ordered to serve 330 days of a three-year sentence for delivery of buprenorphine and violation of probation.

Karen Griffin was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and have her driver license revoked for one year for first-offense DUI.

Nancy Rebecca Kirby was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for first-offense DUI and have her driver license revoked for one year.

Dustin Lane Prater was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay a $600 fine and have his driver license revoked for two years for second-offense DUI.

Joshua Dewayne Russell was ordered to serve three years as a range 1 offender for evading arrest with risk of death or injury.

Keisha Nicole Rutledge was ordered to serve 60 days of six-year sentence for theft and five counts of forgery.

Jeffery D. Smartt was ordered to serve three days of an 11-29 sentence and have his driver license revoked for one year for first-offense DUI.

Donald C. Turner was given nine years of probation and allowed to enter adult recovery court for possession of meth with intent to deliver, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and simple possession.

James Warrick was ordered to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Zachary L. West was ordered to six days of an 11-29 sentence and have his driver license revoked for one year for first-offense DUI.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Tyler Andrew Moore (revoked to serve) and Robert Mitchell Orr III (60 days).
