Judge Bart Stanley has ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court.
Shirley Catherine Hyde was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for four counts of theft up to $1,000.
Bryan Jennings was ordered to serve 120 days of a six-year sentence for evading arrest in a vehicle, second-offense driving on a revoked license and theft of property between $2,500 and $10,000.
Larry Randolph Locke Jr. was ordered to serve 90 days of a two-year sentence for evading arrest in a vehicle and possession of meth.
Dorothea Lopez was ordered to serve 14 days of a two-year sentence for aggravated assault. She was granted a judicial diversion meaning the charge can be erased from her record if she gets in no further trouble.
Elvis Presley was ordered to serve 50 days of a two-year sentence for burglary, theft and second-offense driving on a suspended license.
Randy Dewayne Ralph was ordered to serve 30 days for driving without a license, possession of meth and driving an unregistered vehicle. He must pay a $750 fine.
Jammy Cooper Thompson was ordered to serve 45 days of a two-year sentence for theft and ordered to pay $3,900 restitution.
Jesus Vargas was ordered to serve 120 days of a two-year sentence for reckless endangerment with a weapon.
