Judge Bart Stanley ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court.

Amanda Barrett was ordered to serve 120 days of a two-year sentence for violation of the habitual traffic offender status and possession of meth. She was fined $750 and ordered to perform 24 hours public service work.

Merek Matthew Elkins was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for assault. He must undergo a mental health evaluation and drug and alcohol assessment.

Joshua Wayne Goff was ordered to serve a two-year sentence for evading arrest, vandalism and resisting arrest.

Jessica Jane Harvey was ordered to serve 90 days of a four-year sentence and pay a $2,000 fine for possession of meth.

Guadalupe Louis Miller was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth and driving while license revoked second offense. He must pay an $800 fine.

Bryan R. True was ordered to serve 245 days of a six-year sentence for aggravated assault, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and coercion of a witness.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Charlie Chad Barnes (30 days), Jonathan Casey Bryant (90 days), Kevin R. Cantrell (300 days), Lou Ann Cantrell (210 days), Jesse Lee Cates (90 days), David Allen Flanagan (90 days), Marco Franklin (90 days), Andrew Christia Glenn (serve until Jan. 28), Travis Hayes (serve balance), Jeffery Jones (90 days), Tonya M. Jones (serve balance, but can be furloughed to inpatient treatment), Austin Taylor Kebert (two months time served), Chad Dylan McBride (365 days), Joel Dwayne McClure (57 days), Jimmy Houston McCormick (365 days, but can be furloughed to long-term rehab), Corey B. Miller (90 days), Tyler Andrew Moore (time served), James Anthony Smith (60 days), Amanda Sowell (30 days), John Wesley Troutman (365 days, but can be furloughed to long-term rehab), Jennifer Woodlee (serve balance), Kathryn Ann Davenport (serve balance), Anthony Russell Osborne (serve balance), Thomas Roy Sparkman (serve balance).
