Judge Bart Stanley has ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court.

Allen William McAdams was ordered to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence and pay a $2,000 fine for possession of meth with intent to deliver and possession of diazepam.

Johnny Parrish was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.

Laprisha Allen was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for theft and was ordered to stay out of Walmart and pay $388 restitution.

Tavisha Juanita Hall was ordered to serve 30 days of a four-year sentence and pay a $2,000 fine for possession of meth with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana. A judicial diversion was granted, meaning the charge can be erased if probation is successfully completed.

Makenzie Rose Cox was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay a $750 fine for simple possession of meth.

Shawn Christian Barr was ordered to serve 180 days of a two-year sentence for evading arrest in a vehicle, driving on a suspended license, and possession of meth.

Candice Megan Clark was ordered to serve 180 days of a two-year sentence for delivery/ sale/ or possession of meth, simple possession, and introduction into a penal institution.

Amanda Cox Dunn was ordered to serve 9 months of an eight-year sentence for possession of meth and a schedule VI substance for resale.

Tiffany Gaile Steele Finney was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for simple possession of meth.

Willie Michael Richardson was ordered to serve two years for evading arrest in a vehicle and initiating the process to manufacture meth.

Kayla B. Hickey was ordered to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence for possession of meth with intent to deliver.

John Ogden Melton III was ordered to serve 180 days of a two-year sentence and pay a $3,000 fine for fifth-offense DUI, reckless endangerment with a motor vehicle, evading arrest, aggravated assault, attempted aggravated burglary, and possession of a handgun while under the influence.

Matthew Ross Robertson was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.

Arnold Boyce Smartt was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.

James Thomas Peterson was ordered to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence for delivery of meth.

Korey Lee Beckwith was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth.

Jeffery Alan Taylor was ordered to serve 150 days of a four-year sentence for sixth-offense DUI. He had his driver license revoked for eight years and must pay a $3,000 fine.

Anthony Dwayne Adkins was ordered to serve 364 days of a five-year sentence for theft of property. He was ordered to pay $2,758 restitution.

Marty Lynn Rhea was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth.
