Sentences were handed down this past week by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley.Included in court sentences:William Shane Rambo was sentenced to 10 years in the state penitentiary for possession, promotion and intent to manufacture meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal impersonation. He must also pay a $2,000 fine.Jared Thomas Edward Gum was ordered to serve 240 days of a two-year sentence and must make restitution on charges of grand theft, criminal impersonation, and violation of probation.Liza Herriman was directed to serve 150 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $75 plus costs for theft and violation of probation.Norman L. Sprague IV was ordered to serve 150 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $75 plus costs for theft and violation of probation. Bobby W. Pinegar was instructed to serve 90 days of a three-year sentence and pay $750 plus costs for evading arrest, driving on a suspended license, simple possession of buprenorphine (pain medication) and possession of drug paraphernalia.Kelly Ryan Desmarais was ordered to serve 60 days of a two-year sentence and pay $75 plus costs for auto burglary and theft.Chasity D. Stoner was instructed to serve 58 days of an 11-29 sentence and was released on time-served for casual exchange of meth.
