Several were sentenced recently by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley for failing to take advantages of their second chances. Included in probation violators:
Troy Grant Craven was ordered to serve 360 days for violation of probation.
Ashley Drake had her judicial diversion set aside and was ordered to serve 364 days and make $900 restitution. Had she not violated her diversion should would have escaped further jail time and would have been able to get her criminal record erased.
Brian W. Crusinberry must serve 180 days for violation of probation.
Cody Anderson must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
James L. Brown must serve 45 days for violation of probation.
William E. Clark was directed to serve 150 days for violation of probation.
Thomas Cope was directed to serve 14 days for violation of probation.
Justin Charles Elrod must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation. He will be credited with 233 days already served.
Tracy Levoy Harding must serve 120 days on house arrest for violation of probation.
Shameca E. Harris must serve 90 days for violation of probation.
Michael Vincent Lance must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
Veronica Martin was instructed to serve 30 days for violation of probation.
Bobby McClure was directed to serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
Marie E. Narramore was ordered to serve 90 days for violation of probation.
Roy Douglas Parsley must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
Chad E. Sandlin must serve 120 days for violation of probation.
Angela Sue Walker was directed to serve 135 days for violation of probation.
