Sentences were handed down against several recently by Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court.Included in court sentencing:Kayla B. Hickey was ordered to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence for delivery of meth.Edna Elaine Stacy was sentenced to serve 10 years in prison and pay $2,000 plus costs for manufacture, delivery and sale of meth.Kyrie M. Harris was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for assault.Tonya Gay Silcox was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession of drugs.Christopher Daniel Gibbs was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work, pay $400 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving on a revoked license.Letitia B. Moore was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 32 hours public service work, and lose her license for DUI and simple possession.Amy Lawson was placed on probation for three years and must make $1,202 restitution to Jewel’s Market and $100 restitution to Dibrell’s Dollar General for theft and forgery.Richard Lee Martin was ordered to serve 60 days of a two-year sentence, pay $250 plus costs and perform 40 hours public service work for violation of habitual traffic offender status.Terry E. Weismore was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and pay $1,000 plus costs for simple possession of marijuana.Michael Goines was instructed to serve two days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $500 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and reckless driving.Cody Parsley was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence and lose his driver license for one year for fifth-offense driving on a revoked license.
