Judge Bart Stanley ruled on the following cases in Circuit Court: Christopher Lee Cripps was ordered to serve 300 days of a four-year sentence for being a habitual traffic offender and driving on a revoked license fourth offense. He must also perform 60 hours public service work. James Burton Blankenship III was sentenced to 15 days time served for violation of probation.
