Calf rescued from sinkhole

Other volunteers who assisted included Chief Chad Hillis, Asst. Chief Kyle Jones, Cpt. Lucas Foutch, Ian DeArmond, Grant Seaborn, Joel Tate, Ethan Mabe of the Campaign-Rock Island Fire Department, Ber Bess and Brad Weaver.
The Warren County Rescue Squad responded Sunday, June 4 to a call from a local farmer regarding a calf that had become trapped in a sinkhole. The Rescue Squad gathered the team together and headed out to find a way to free the 200-pound calf. The hole was above a rock ledge with Mud Creek below it.
