The biggest Middle Tennessee business news of the week doesn’t come from the beautiful countryside of Warren County. It comes just a few miles down the road in Murfreesboro where FedEx announced plans to build a $190 million distribution center. It will be a Carrier-sized facility, right at 1 million square feet, and will produce the equivalent of 200 full-time jobs. The most promising news is about 40 of those 200 jobs will be good-paying jobs with an average salary of $53,500 per year.
