Current County Commissioner Carlene Brown has announced her candidacy for election for 9th District Commissioner in the upcoming August General Election. Carlene has served one term and is the only incumbent running in the 9th District. During her first four years on the County Court, Carlene served on the Education Committee and the Policy and Personnel Committee.
