Earlier in the month, Blake Munger, a representative from Sportable Scoreboards of Murray, Ky., gave a presentation at a School Board meeting about adding a video board to Charlie Dalton Gym at WCHS. After going through the Sportable Scoreboard contract, the School Board had decided to move forward and has voted to approve the contract. The scoreboard would cost $12,000 a year for five years, making it a $60,000 project. Director of Schools Bobby Cox addressed the board to clarify the cost and address other concerns.
