County Executive Terry Bell received a state award recently at the annual Tennessee Federation for the Aging (TFA) Conference in Gatlinburg. Taking home the “Middle Tennessee Elected Official Aging Champion Award,” Bell represented the Upper Cumberland Development Division and was chosen for his excellence for his county’s contributions to taking care of its aging population.
