Warren County Soil Conservation District is proud to announce Austin Barry as one of the recipients to be awarded a TACD Memorial Scholarship. The Tennessee Association of Conservation Districts held its annual convention in Chattanooga recently. Austin Barry, a WCHS senior, was awarded one of the two Middle Tennessee scholarships given out.
