I think $3,200 of that came from the fundraiser at Applebees, said Animal Control director Kim Pettrey.
Warren County Animal Control and Adoption Center will get to expand thanks to local donations totaling $3,530 in the month of September.The expansion is the purchase of an 8 foot by 10 foot outbuilding to be used to keep animal food. Members of the county Health and Welfare Committee met on Monday and unanimously approved the request 4-0. In attendance were Michael Martin, chair, Linda Jones, Tommy Savage and Blaine Wilcher.
