McMinnville aldermen seeking re-election in November will have to overcome a former Warren County commissioner, a former McMinnville city administrator, a seasoned candidate, and a political newcomer to keep their seats. Up for election are seats currently held by Steve Harvey, Everett Brock and Ryle Chastain. The four challengers include David Rutherford, who served as McMinnville city administrator for 6.5 years.
