Leslie Hoover knows how fortunate she is after watching replays of the deadly bomb explosions that ripped through the crowd Monday at the Boston Marathon.“We were standing in the area where the second bomb exploded probably 30 to 45 minutes beforehand,” said Leslie, who made the trip to Boston to watch her husband Freddy compete in his eighth straight Boston Marathon. They were joined by their son, Luke.“We heard and felt the blasts – the first one was much stronger than the second – but we were spared all the gore,” said Leslie. “We saw people running by crying and it was a terrible scene.
