Warren County would still keep Charles Curtiss, Judd Matheny and Eric Stewart as state lawmakers under a redistricting proposal under consideration by the General Assembly.Word still hasn’t been released on the sprawling 4th Congressional District which spans 24 counties and currently has Scott DesJarlais as its representative. It’s been rumored that seat will align with Murfreesboro to form a much more compact district.Under proposed redistricting maps on the General Assembly website, very little will change for Warren County at the state level. The 43rd District House seat currently held by Curtiss will continue to represent about two-thirds of Warren County and all of White County. However, Curtiss would no longer represent a portion of Putnam County and would instead get all of Grundy County. The 47th District House seat currently held by Matheny would be unchanged.
