Kelsi Lyn Caten was recently selected by the McMinnville Fall Crawl 5K to be its first Hometown Hero. The 18-month-old was diagnosed earlier this year with stage four neuroblastoma. “Kelsi’s struggle highlights the very real tragedy that cancer can strike the very young,” said Joshua Crain, who is organizing the race with his wife, Ashly, and Main Street McMinnville.
