A 13-person trial docket was heard Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Murry Heraud was bound to the grand jury on charges of simple possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving without a seatbelt or insurance.• Clifford Keller was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Steven Emberton was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $504 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license and without insurance.• Marin Flores was ordered to serve four days of a six-month sentence, pay $352 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license and violation of probation.• Tracie Bateman was bound to the grand jury on charges of simple possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.• James Green was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must perform 16 hours public service work and pay $256 for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The diversion means he can have his record erased after his probation period is completed successfully.• Amber Keenan was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Jose Acosta must pay $152 for driving without a license.
