Judge Locke issues sentences

A 30-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Adam Ware was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,803 and lose his driver license for one year for simple possession of drugs and second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Juan Hernandez was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,433, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school, and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving on a revoked license.• Corey Smith was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense DUI.• Anthony Fresso was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.• Lee Suydam was instructed to serve five days of a six-month sentence, pay $504, and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Carl Johnson was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $504 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Jorge Hernandez must pay $252 and restitution for driving without a license.• Kenneth Bond must pay $269 for driving without a license.• Tammy Crusinberry, Mallory Myers, Nicole Salazar and Jonathan Creek must pay $152 for driving without a license.• Ryan Blair must pay $153 for violation of the due care law.• William Eisenmann must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
