A local man has died from injuries he sustained in a head-on crash on Woodbury Mountain last Sunday, a wreck that also claimed the life of a Cannon County teen. Frederick McClure, 18, was pronounced dead at the scene of the Sunday afternoon crash while Thomas Brewer, 69, of McMinnville passed away at Vanderbilt University Medical Center on Feb. 17. He was airlifted there from the scene of the accident last Sunday by LifeFlight helicopter and remained under treatment until the time of his death.
