Luxurious downtown living was the backdrop for July’s Main Street McMinnville Design Committee meeting. The townhouse is owned by Joe and Martha Grissom and is located at 236 E. Main Street. “The Design Committee is especially pleased to see the amazing transformation that Joe and Martha have achieved because this project started back 10 years ago in 2001,” said Design Committee chairman Rachel Killebrew, who chaired the committee then and now.A decade ago, the couple approached the committee asking for help in purchasing the property.
