Grand jury issues indictments

Indictments were handed down Friday afternoon by the Warren County grand jury in its regular May session. Included in indictments:• Gary Lankford and Jessie Strothers were indicted on charges of aggravated assault, carrying a weapon, simple possession of drugs, introduction of drugs into a penal institution, and public intoxication.• Robert Woodside was indicted on charges of evading arrest, speeding 107 mph in a 55 mph zone, reckless driving, second-offense driving on a revoked license, and violation of habitual traffic offender status.• Ralph Woodlee Jr., was indicted on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, initiating the process to manufacture meth, and possession of drugs.• Johnny Ramos, Brian Dedmon, James Haston and Tasche Ramos were indicted on the charge of initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Jeffery L. Thomas was indicted on the charge of aggravated assault and possession of a prohibited weapon.• Barry Gibbs was indicted on two counts of felony theft.• Lucas J. Crawford and Scott S. Willett were indicted on charges of initiating the process to manufacture meth, evading arrest and theft.• Frankie Pomales was indicted on charges of felony theft and passing a worthless check for $35.• Angela Womack was indicted on the charge of possession of drugs without a prescription.• Michael Pennington was indicted on the charge of evading arrest.• Josh King was indicted on the charge of illegal sale of wildlife.• Jeri N. Buckham was indicted by the grand jury on the charge of passing a worthless check for $267.• Tiffany Williams was indicted on the charge of forgery.• David Flanagan was indicted on the charge of violating an order of protection.• Bryan Davenport was indicted on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.• Javier Martinez was indicted on charges of fifth-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of habitual traffic offender status.• Penny Tittsworth Myers was indicted on charges of simple possession of marijuana, leaving the scene of an accident, possession of drugs, DUI and second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Billy B. Bowdoin was indicted on the charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license.• Jean-Luc Keller was indicted on the charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Toby Cantrell was indicted on charges of DUI and driving on a suspended license.• Joshua Vaughn was indicted on the charge of DUI.• Sally Rains was indicted on the charge of DUI.• Roselind Moore was indicted on the charge of DUI by permitting.• Rodney Olson was indicted on charges of criminal responsibility for another and DUI.• Lynette Nichols was indicted on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Corey Smith was indicted on the charge of violation of registration.• James Reaves was indicted on charges of third-offense driving on a revoked license, violation of habitual traffic offender status, and speeding.• James Tittsworth was indicted on the charge of driving on a canceled license.
