Grand Jury indictments were handed down against several suspects including two men who unwittingly stole an ammo box containing explosives.The suspects, Emmet Beals and Bradley Pease, were indicted on charges of criminal trespass, theft and possession of prohibited weapons. They were arrested after Beals’ vehicle was pulled over and during a subsequent search, an ammo box containing explosive devices was found in his truck. It was learned the men had stolen the box from a building, with Beals admitting he had burglarized the place on two prior occasions.
