Indictments were handed down recently by the Warren County grand jury during its January session. Included among those indicted:• Mark Johnson and Shae Lewis were indicted on charges of possession of drugs, possession of meth, and being armed during a dangerous felony.• Jacqueline Yates was indicted on four counts of theft and two counts of fraudulent use of credit cards.• Glenna Lorance was indicted on charges of forgery, aggravated burglary and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.• Vickie Merriman was indicted on the charge of theft over $500.• Eric Comfort and Jeffery Smartt were indicted on charges of intent to sell or deliver drugs, and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.• Michael Atnip and Richard Cripps were indicted on charges of theft, burglary, aggravated burglary, altering a vehicle identification number and possession of a weapon.• Robert Mackie was indicted on charges of reckless endangerment and violation of the seatbelt and insurance laws.• Heather Grissom was indicted on charges of second-offense DUI, second-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of the insurance and open container laws.• Jonathan Heath was indicted on charges of DUI, possession of marijuana and the registration and implied consent laws.• Ryan G. Davis was indicted on the charge of second-offense driving on a suspended license.
