Indictments were handed down by the Warren County grand jury, including an indictment against a man accused of destroying evidence in front of an arresting officer.The suspect, Shawn E. Martin, 33, was indicted on charges of tampering with evidence, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, and initiating the process to manufacture meth.His indictment comes after sheriff’s officers arrived at his Pigeon Hill Road home to investigate a call that drugs were being made there. Officers reported finding items commonly used to produce meth at the residence. It was during his arrest that Martin reportedly squirted out the contents of a syringe in front of the officer, disposing of the evidence against him in full witness of the lawman.In other grand jury action:• Michael L.
