A juvenile who had been missing for 13 days returned home unharmed Monday night, although her whereabouts for nearly two weeks remain a mystery.According to McMinnville police investigator Barry Powers, 16-year-old Amber Sharpe returned to her home on her own Monday night. She had been the target of a large-scale search that included local law enforcement and the TBI.“She gave conflicting statements as to where she’d been and had a juvenile petition served on her for unruly behavior,” said Powers.Sharpe, a sophomore at Warren County High School, reportedly left her home on her own either late on the night of March 19, or early the morning of March 20. It was said she took her cat and some clothes. While investigators did not suspect foul play in her disappearance, her family feared something may have happened to her when she didn’t make contact for several days.
