A 14-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session:• Brett Tyler Hill was bound to the grand jury on nine counts of theft, eight counts of forgery and one count of joy riding.• Russell Craig Jennings was bound to the grand jury on the charge of initiating the process to manufacture meth. He must serve the balance of his sentence for a prior conviction as he was found in violation of probation.• Johnna M. Maynard and Jonah Steve Nunley were bound to the grand jury on the charge of initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Sarah E. Frank and Fredrick Dawson were issued an 11-29 probationary sentences and must pay $1,400 jointly and severally to the victim and stay away from the victim for vandalism.• Joseph Carroll was granted a six month judicial diversion and must pay $337 and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Jason T. Marcum had his probation extended by six months and must undergo anger management classes for violation of probation.• James Hesson must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Frank Curtis must serve 10 days for failure to appear in court.
