Included in the afternoon session:• Nina Parker was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated cruelty to animals.• Baustista Bonet Jr., was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $700 plus costs and perform 30 hours public service work for theft.• Dustin Burgess was bound to the grand jury on charges of theft over $1,000 and criminal trespass.• Victoria Hernandez was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.• Chad Gribble was bound to the grand jury on the charge of unlawful carrying of a weapon.• Lynn A. Barr was fined $50 plus costs for illegal possession or transportation of Class I wildlife.• Elizabeth Chalfant had her probation extended by one year for violation of probation.• Jess Prince Pease Jr., must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.• Justin Sparkman was bound to the grand jury on the charge of violation of probation.• Christopher Turley must serve six months and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Michael Willard must serve 48 hours and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.
