An 82-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• William Jackson was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $650 plus costs, and undergo anger management for second-offense DUI, second-offense driving on a revoked license and domestic assault.• Daniel McPeak was directed to serve 90 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI.• Chad Leverett was ordered to serve 50 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and violation of probation.• Jamie Judkins was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense DUI.• Douglas Trickel was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI.• Penny Myers was bound to the grand jury on charges of DUI, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. She must serve the balance of her former sentence for violation of probation.• Timothy Johnson was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served for domestic assault.• Joshua Johnson was directed to serve 32 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and third-offense driving on a suspended license.• Seth Jones was instructed to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and violation of probation.• Anna Morrison must pay $250 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose her driver license for one year for underage DWI.• Jacob Johnson was ordered to serve five days of a six-month sentence for resisting arrest.• Jason Deckard was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Christopher Boozer and Shawn Ogden were ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus cost, perform 24 hours public service work and lose their driver licenses for one year for DUI.• Larry Woods was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus cost, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and reckless endangerment.• Matthew Zahn was instructed to serve 27 days of a six-month sentence and lose his license for one year for drag racing and violation of probation.• Jeremy Cox was ordered to serve 32 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work on the charge of driving on a suspended license, passing a worthless check and violation of probation.• Candy Redmon must serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.• Tabitha Gonzalez was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.• James Costa must serve two days and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Jonathan Childs was directed to serve four days and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license and violation of probation.• Jose Morales was given a six-month suspended sentence and must pay $10 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.• David McCormick, Desru Allen, Gloria Slatton and Nestor Perez must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Remiro Castro was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on an expired license.
