A 32-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:• Billy Orr was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and must attend conflict management classes for domestic assault.• John Northcutt was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and was warned to stay out of Walmart for theft.• Trenton McKinley was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $21 restitution and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Danny Martin was ordered to serve 30 days and pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• James Whitworth was bound to the grand jury on the charge of passing a worthless check for $30.• Emily Tanner must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for possession of alcohol under the age of 21.• Michael Pitman must pay $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct.• Corey Kirby must serve 10 days and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.• Joseph Perrigan must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
