A 25-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Justin Wilson was ordered to serve an 11-month, 29-day sentence for possession of drug paraphernalia. His sentence will be served in addition to time his owes the state for violating his probation for a prior conviction.
