A 48-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Ignacio Jantes was ordered to serve 145 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $600 plus costs, and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI, failure to appear in court and violation of probation.• Aaron P. Odineal was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft over $1,000.• Matthew D. Wegner was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 16 hours public service work and attend the battered intervention program for domestic assault.• William Rambo was instructed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and attend the battered intervention program for domestic assault.• Tiffany Roberts was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and must make restitution for joyriding.• Natasha Jenkins was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work, make restitution and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Jeremy Cox was given a six-month probationary sentence and must make $200 restitution for pawning rental property. He must serve the remainder of his former sentence for violation of probation.• Leonard Coldwell must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Teddy Horn must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.• Lucas Hedgecoth must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Alan L. Hale was directed to serve 130 days and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.• Christopher Turner was fined $50 plus costs for littering.• Louie Fleisher had his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.• Travis Jennings must serve 60 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.• Misty D. Newby must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.• Konrad Reichman must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Clarifications• Bobby Meeks, who works at B&B Tires and Brakes, is not the same person charged with hindering secured creditors.• Gregory David Smartt, who works with Ben Lomand Connect, is not the Gregory Smartt charged with DUI.
