General Sessions: Arraignment Court

A 55-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• William Cornette was directed to serve seven days, pay $342 and must undergo rehab for making false calls.• Lonnie Lovvorn was given a choice of 30 days in jail or 30 days in rehab for domestic assault. He must also pay $286 and attend batterer’s intervention.• Killian Johnson was given an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $900 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for simple possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.• Roger Panter was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $401 and perform 25 hours public service work for passing worthless checks.• Mark Adams and Anthony Eugene Moore must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Chad David Nunley must pay $50 plus costs for disorderly conduct.• Tiffany Landers must serve 30 days for violation of probation.• Selina McMillen must serve five days and have probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Rickey D. Northcutt was ordered to serve 60 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.• Guadalupe Miller must serve 10 days for violation of probation.• Lonnie Richardson must serve the balance of sentence for violation of probation.• James Madewell must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.
