A 36-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Shawn Jaco was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and attend batterer’s intervention for domestic assault. The victim must attend six of the classes before the stay-away order can be lifted.• Miles Cantrell was directed to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $400 plus costs for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.• Allen Sims was ordered to serve five days of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for criminal impersonation.• James Hartsfield must serve 15 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.• Jose E. Mendoza must serve 30 days for violation of probation.• James Phillips must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.
