A 53-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Heather R. Anderson was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, make $85 restitution and stay out of Walmart for theft.• Chad E. Bond was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs and indecent exposure.• Gregory L. Sowell must serve five days of a six-month sentence for resisting arrest.• Amber Morgan was given an 11-29 sentence, but released on time served and must undergo anger management for domestic assault.• Ken W. Bly was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated burglary.• Nieve Lopez was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $55 restitution and perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for theft.• Emily Sullivan was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $66 restitution, perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for theft.• Donta Weir was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence, and must make $20 restitution, perform 25 hours public service work and must stay out of Walmart for theft.• Stephanie M. Maloney was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, make $85 restitution, perform 25 hours public service work, and stay out of Walmart for theft.• Clifford Keller was directed to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $60 plus costs and must perform 25 hours public service work for second-offense driving on a revoked license and failure to appear in court.• Jeffery T. Strange must pay $50 plus costs for public intoxication.• Melissa Carr must pay $50 plus costs for disorderly conduct.• Jesusita Aranda was fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Larry Hopkins must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
