A 32-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in court action:• Brandon Robbins was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.• Toni Schauman was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and was warned to stay out of JC Penney for shoplifting and public intoxication.• Lorin Reedy was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $2,148 restitution for assault.• Maggie Parsons was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $500 restitution for theft. She must serve the balance of her prior sentence for violation of probation but will be allowed to go to inpatient treatment.• Dominque Nerf and Shayne Neilson were granted 11-29 judicial diversions and must perform 24 hours public service work, pay $75 plus costs, and were warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Jonathan Brewer was bound to the grand jury on the charge of vandalism.• Makyla Stephens was bound to the grand jury on the charge of vandalism.• Ashley L. Cantrell was bound to the grand jury on the charge of shoplifting.• Shandra Mejia was bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft.• Kelsie Griffin was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated burglary.• Jesse Jones was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $750 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for simple possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.• Kinsley Fisk must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Timothy Morton had his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.• Anthony Rutledge must serve 90 days and have her probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
