A 35-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session:• Corey Hill was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and make restitution for simple possession of marijuana and vandalism.• Stephanie Drake was bound to the grand jury on the charge of grand theft.• David K. King and Jacob Hubbard were bound to the grand jury on charges of aggravated burglary, burglary and grand theft.• Michael McKinley was bound to the grand jury on charges of grand theft and burglary.• Jimmy McCormick was given an 11-29 sentence to be served in addition to his violation of probation for possession of morphine and drug paraphernalia.• Jesse Parsley Jr., was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must attend anger management for assault.• Tyler Edwards was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $75 plus costs for joyriding and evading arrest. He must also serve the balance of his former sentence for violation of probation.• Bobby Rutledge Jr., was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Justin Duthie must pay $50 plus costs for criminal trespassing.• Travis L. Ward must pay $50 plus costs for criminal trespass.• Marcus Bauman and Bradley Gunter must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for underage drinking.• Shannon Evans must serve four days and have probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Gary Ferrell must serve 48 hours and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.• Amanda Bain must serve 90 days for violation of probation.• Nicholas Mayberry was ordered to serve 60 days and had his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.Marcus B. Mott must serve 10 days for violation of probation.
