A 53-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:
• Michael Green was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs.
• Cody Cantrell was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and attend the batterer intervention program for domestic assault.
• Mathew Odineal was bound to the grand jury on the charge of possession of drugs.
• Norman Cox was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence for domestic assault, but must serve the balance of his former sentence for violation of probation.
• Chad Campbell was bound to the grand jury on charges of burglary and theft.
• Heather Davis and Jesse Harville were ordered to serve five days of 11-29 sentences and attend anger management for harassment.
• Candas Campbell was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.
• Dana Dunn was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for theft.
• Allison Edge must perform 16 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for criminal trespass.
• David Mitchell was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI School, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.
• Danny Allen must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Travis King must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Kyle Estes must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
