Included in court action:• Michael Green was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for possession of drugs.• Cody Cantrell was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and attend the batterer intervention program for domestic assault.• Mathew Odineal was bound to the grand jury on the charge of possession of drugs.• Norman Cox was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence for domestic assault, but must serve the balance of his former sentence for violation of probation.• Chad Campbell was bound to the grand jury on charges of burglary and theft.• Heather Davis and Jesse Harville were ordered to serve five days of 11-29 sentences and attend anger management for harassment.• Candas Campbell was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Dana Dunn was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for theft.• Allison Edge must perform 16 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for criminal trespass.• David Mitchell was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI School, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Danny Allen must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Travis King must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.• Kyle Estes must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
