A 25-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session:• Timothy Gay was bound to the grand jury on charges of escape, vandalism and aggravated burglary. He is charged with fleeing custody as he was being led into the courthouse for hearing.
