A 41-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Session arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Jason Nunley was given an 11-month, 29-day sentence for domestic assault.• John Miller was ordered to serve 80 days of a six-month sentence for criminal impersonation, failure to appear in court, and violation of probation. He also had his probation extended by a year.• Christopher McClure was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, attend the batterer program and must stay away from Yorozu for domestic assault and criminal trespass.• Joseph Clark was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and attend batterer intervention for domestic assault.• Thomas Tindell was given a six-month sentence to be served in addition to his violation of probation time for shoplifting.
