A 45-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:
• Tonya Jones was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $75 plus costs, perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting and violation of probation.
• Laurie Phelps was bound to the grand jury on charges of theft and forgery. She was given 90 days to serve for violation of probation.
• Bradley Robertson was instructed to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence and make restitution for shoplifting, criminal trespass and failure to appear in court. He must also serve the balance of his former sentence for violation of probation.
• Bobby Graves was bound to the grand jury on charges of evading arrest, possession of drugs and paraphernalia, promoting the manufacture of meth, and simple possession of meth.
• William Dickens was bound to the grand jury on charges of theft.
• William V. Farless was bound to the grand jury on the charge of simple assault.
• James Reagan was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Chadwick Hobbs must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
• Sherry Malone must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.

Clarification
• Amanda Jones of Ike Adcock Road in Smithville, who works with the school system, is not the person on the court docket.
