A 45-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:• Tonya Jones was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $75 plus costs, perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting and violation of probation.• Laurie Phelps was bound to the grand jury on charges of theft and forgery. She was given 90 days to serve for violation of probation.• Bradley Robertson was instructed to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence and make restitution for shoplifting, criminal trespass and failure to appear in court.
