A 14-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:
• Zachary Bryant was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs, resisting arrest, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and initiating the process to manufacture meth.
• Terry McCormick was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and initiating the process to manufacture meth.
• Tabatha Pasley was bound to the grand jury on charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and initiating the process to manufacture of meth.
• Sharon Wright was given a six-month sentence to be served at 75 percent and must perform 12 hours public service work for assault.
• Christopher Young was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated assault.
• Penny Myers was given two 11-month, 29-day probationary sentences and must make $400 restitution for theft and aggravated criminal trespass.
• Annette West was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence, pay $75 plus costs and must perform 24 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for theft.
• Macy Broom must receive in-patient treatment at Buffalo Valley for at least 28 days for violation of her probation.
• Robert Bryant Jr., was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for violation of probation.
Clarification
• Christopher Lee Hillis, who works at MPC in Morrison, is not the same person facing criminal charges.
